If this below doesn't work, you will need to contact the club. We are the ticketing company for the club, and do not set any policies for the club. 


The ticket was automatically emailed to the address you entered during purchase from webmail@standupmedia.com. Not always do the get through customers spam filters. You can search for that email, and add it as a contact, which will help future delivery.


Here are instructions how to retrieve your ticket if you did not receive it from email.


On a PC/Mac with a printer attached, this is the best solution to your issue of not being able to print tickets or need to reprint

  1. Go to club website you purchased tickets from and sign in under members or more > members on other sites

  2. Sign In using your email you purchased the tickets with and password
  3. Select My Receipts tab
  4. Select view receipt and select CTR P/CMD P and print


On a mobile device:

  1. Bypass the ticket print option and select download
  2. This will save wherever you have set downloads to go most the time in photos
  3. You can then access and show at club depending on their policies




If you forgot your login information > click on Recover Password link enter email associated with your account and system will send you your inbox (Check Junk mail filter if it doesn’t appear after 5 minutes and save the email in address book for future purchases and discount offers.
